Through an innovative approach to the provision of oral healthcare services, Silver required a comprehensive Information Technology strategy that would allow them to offer their services in the most secure, compliant and automated environment.
We worked closely with the company’s founders to understand their business model and the need to have a strong technology infrastructure in a mobile environment that was reliable, that provided enough security and safeguarded the privacy of their patients personal and health information at all times. With these objectives in mind, we provided a comprehensive IT strategic roadmap.
Being a new start-up and with contractual commitments to start providing dentistry services to a couple of high profile clients, Silver needed to have the mobile dental operations, including the patient management system, up and running within 3 months. With the use of cloud technology and mobile Internet we were able to have the operation fully functional within that tight timeframe.
